Emperor Entertainment Group

Emperor Entertainment Group Limited (EEG, HKSE: 8078) was incorporated in 1999 and listed on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in December 2000. The Group is principally engaged in music production and distribution, artiste management and event production. EEG has a strong artiste base, large repertoire of songs and lyrics, which are the Group's main assets and growth drivers.

To diversify its entertainment business, EEG acquired the Emperor Motion Picture Group (EMPG) in August 2001. EMPG is mainly engaged in film and television programme production and distribution. EEG also organises music concerts and provides event production services, which is another major income source of the Group. The Group manages over 60 artistes in Hong Kong and China - including graduates from the Zhongbei Emperor School of Performing Arts in Beijing, whose talents have been catching the eyes of the mass audience in the Greater China region. EEG also engages in cultural programme production industry through another mainland joint venture CRC Emperor Entertainment Group Limited. With a strong talent bank, EEG plans to further expand into multimedia offerings business and the Karaoke-on-Demand market.
